The vast 411-acre Spanish Springs Business Center just off of Pyramid Highway en route to Pyramid Lake continues to be developed at a steady pace.
Hawco Properties, which owns the property , has already developed two multi-tenant buildings within the last year.
Some of the new tenants include Farmers Insurance, Teltek USA and Edward Jones.
Jesse Haw, president of Hawco, said about 320 acres of the property have yet to be completed.
He expects 50-75 acres a year to be developed the complex until it's fully completed.
Haw also said the complex is fully leased.
