Granite Construction Co.
won a contract to rehabilitate the 210,000 square-foot parking lot parking lot at Silver State Plaza, Prater Way and McCarran Boulevard in Sparks.
The Plaza, home to Mervyn's, Safeway, Sav- Ons, and DMV Express, is owned by Sparks Center Associates of Portland, Ore.
Completion is scheduled for August.
