The Nevada Chapter Associated General Contractors won a 2003 AGC of America Chapter Public Relations Award in the "best individual category" for their chapter-to-chapter Alliance/Pinnacle Awards PR campaign.
In 1999, the Nevada Chapter AGC created the Pinnacle Awards to honor the "best of the best" in northern Nevada construction projects and recognize members who show leadership, excellence and community spirit.
In 2002, the Nevada Chapter AGC formed the chapter-to-chapter alliance with Louisiana AGC to provide unbiased judging of the Pinnacle Award entries.
