Pearl M. McCormick

A funeral Mass will be said for Pearl M. McCormick, 83, a 30-year resident of Minden at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Gall Catholic Church.

A Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Monday at St. Gall.

Mrs. McCormick died Aug. 6, 2004, in Minden. She was born Aug. 9, 1920, in Pittsburg, Calif., to Nino and Jenny Russo.

She was a Catholic.

Mrs. McCormick was a homemaker and lived in South Lake Tahoe before moving to Minden. She enjoyed cooking and her cats.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence McCormick in 1993 and a daughter Joanna Duffey in 1995. She was the last of nine siblings.

Among her survivors are her daughter Colleen Currie of Los Angeles; granddaughters Lisa Glasgow of Minden and Leslie Davidson of Los Angeles.

Burial will be at Eastside Memorial Cemetery in Minden.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
