Tirre joined the law firm of Kummer Kaempfer Bonner & Renshaw in Reno.

She is a bankruptcy attorney who specializes in creditor's rights and commercial litigation.

Tirre has been practicing law in the Reno area for 11 years after beginning her legal career in northern Nevada as a law clerk for Justice Miriam Shearing of the Nevada Supreme Court.

Tirre earned her undergraduate degree at Pomona College and earned her law degree from the University of California at Davis.

She also studied at the University of Heidelberg in Germany as a Rotary Scholar.
