Larry Rodriguez ofWells Fargo Bank will serve as president of the board of the Northern Nevada Development Authority in its 2005-2006 fiscal year.

Rafael Cappucci of Vision ASP will serve as vice president of the nonprofit economic development group based in Carson City.
