Lindell's building new facility

Lindell's Painting Service has started construction on a new office and shop facility in the Spanish Springs Business Park.

Q&D Construction is the general contractor of the project, which is scheduled for completion in August.

The design-build project features a 3,952-square-foot office and a 5,760-square-foot shop using pre-engineered metal-clad, insulated horizontal panels.Design partners include Don Mackey Architects, Forbes & Dunagan Structural Engineers, Odyssey Civil Engineering, CBC Metal Buildings, Providence Consulting, and Hansen Landscape Architects.

Lindell's has been a painting contractor in the Truckee Meadows for more than 55 years.

The new facility will include a spray booth and an expanded warehouse.
