Tim Ruffin, senior vice president of Colliers International in Reno, won three awards in competition sponsored by the Northern California chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
Ruffin was recognized for the fourth largest office lease in northern Nevada and northern California for a 15-year, 35,317-square-feet lease signed by the Veterans Administration in Reno.
Ruffin also was recognized for one of the largest office sales for the sale of the office building at 350 South Center and the associated parking garage, and won recognition as first runner-up for the greatest number of deals with 87 transactions in the past 12 months.
