Dave Simonsen, Michael Hoeck

Dave Simonsen and Michael Hoeck of Alliance Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC have been accepted for membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

Simonsen, a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and a senior vice president in the industrial properties group of Alliance Commercial, has 17 years experience in commercial real estate.

Hoeck, a vice president in the industrial properties group, is a graduate of Arizona State University and has eight years of experience in the real estate industry.
