Urban Outfitters, an apparel and home accessories retailer, has leased 175,500 square feet at 6640 Echo Ave, in north Reno for a distribution center than will employ 30 people.
The company is expanding operations that have been headquartered in Sparks.
The new space is in 429,000-square-foot project by Panattoni Development.
Panattoni also is breaking ground on a 390,000-square-foot speculative building at 6650 Echo Ave. Tectonic Design Group is the architect and Panattoni Construction is the general contractor.
