William A. Prezant, a Reno attorney, has been named chairman of the board of Strategic Hotels & Resorts Inc., a Chicago-based real estate investment trust.
Prezant, a partner in the firm of Prezant & Mollath, previously was a director of the publicly held company that holds ownership interests in 20 hotel and resort properties.
