B.J. Mueller has been promoted to executive chef of The Resort at Red Hawk.
His experience includes work as a private chef on yachts and sailboats in the Caribbean, as a chef at a Reno country club, and as executive chef at Cafe Soleil.
Mueller is a graduate of the Art Institute of Phoenix culinary program.
