Construction has begun on a $9.5 million facility for the Bill Pearce BMW, Volvo and Porsche dealerships 11555 S. Virginia St.
The 54,000-square-foot facility designed by BJG | Architecture + Engineering of Reno will include one building, three showrooms and two service departments. It's scheduled for completion in April. Pinecrest Construction of Reno is the general contractor.
