Jim Manning has joined Western Nevada College as chief budget officer after working for the past 15 years as a budget analyst with the Nevada Department of Administration.
Manning holds a bachelor's degree in agriculture-renewable resources and a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Nevada, Reno.
