Kristin Gillen has been named director of nursing at Renown South Meadows Medical Center.
She previously was nursing operations manager and nursing administrative manager at Renown Regional Medical Center. She also has been nurse manager at the Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center in Reno.
She earned bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from the University of Nevada, Reno.
