Gradex Construction Co. of Reno last week won a $587,851 contract from Washoe County to build the Sun Valley Regional Park.
The work includes installation of utilities, restrooms, parking, group and individual picnic sites, an informational kiosk, signage and landscaping.
The work is scheduled for completion by August.
