Nevada State Contractors Board issued administrative citations to two Reno-area contractors on allegations they were contracting without a license.
Cited were Adrian Soto-Rodriguez, who does business JA Plumbing Services and submitted a bid for the installation of a sink, and Craig C. Jones, who advertised services as a electrician on Craigslist.
