The Nevada State Contractors Board said last week it is seeking a warrant from Reno Justice Court for the arrest of Pedro Guajardo, who does business as Azteca Landscaping LLC.
The board said Guajardo, who has a prior conviction for contracting without a license, submitted a bid for the installation of pavers.
The agency also said it issued a criminal citation to Travis Conklin, who does business as Serpro of Reno Southwest. The contractors board said Conklin, who isn't licensed as a contractor, submitted a bid to remove sheet rock, cabinets and flooring.
