Sierra Bella Salon will open Tuesday at 120 Country Club Drive in Incline Village.
The salon is owned by Serra and Troy Jacob of Incline Village. They are alumni of International Academy of Style in Reno and previously worked at salons in Reno and Incline Village. They will be joined by stylist Kirsten Bode, who previously worked at Elizabeth David Salon in San Francisco.
