Rocky Baird, a longtime Reno hairstylist, has opened Rocky Baird Salon at 1090 Hunter Lake Drive.
Baird previously worked as a stylist with Robert Richards Salon and Bella Bella in Reno. Joining him at the new salon is Heather Phillips, who previously was associated with An Epic Salon.
