Felicia O'Carroll, a shareholder with Kafoury, Armstrong & Co., has been named president of the Nevada State Board of Accountancy.
O'Carroll has been with Kafoury Armstrong since 1976.
O'Carroll earned her bachelor's of science degree in business administration from UNR, and she holds a master's of science degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.
