Two unlicensed contractors cited

The Nevada State Contractor's Board cited two Reno-area men for contracting without a license.

Jose E. Valverde advertised in a newspaper that he had 15 years experience in painting, and also advertised on Craigslist for day labor. He was cited after submitting a painting bid for $2,100 to an undercover investigator.

Aubrey Goodwin also advertised in a local paper that he had 41 years of painting experience and was cited by a state investigator.
