Yukon-Nevada Gold Corp. has appointed William Hofer as chief geologist at Jerritt Canyon Mine.
Hofer has more than 23 years of mining and exploration experience and has worked throughout the western U.S., Canada and China. He graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology.
