Golden Phoenix Minerals Inc. of Sparks plans to acquire Ra Resources Ltd., a Toronto company with gold holdings in northeastern Ontario.
Shareholders of Ra would receive 3.5 shares in Golden Phoenix for each of the 5.9 million shares of Ra that are outstanding. With Golden Phoenix shares trading at 8 cents each last week the transaction would be valued at about $475,000.
