Elizabeth Garver, an Allstate exclusive agency owner in Reno, is one of the finalists for Allstate's Ray Lynch Community Service Award, the insurance company's highest award for community service.
As part of the designation, The Allstate Foundation provided a $2,000 grant to a nonprofit of Garver's choice. She directed the funds to The Sierra Nevada Zoological Society Inc.
