Longtime Reno real estate broker Paul Perkins has launched Perkins Company, a sole-practitioner commercial real estate firm that specializes in tenant and buyer representation. The firm also works with industrial site selectors.
Perkins, who began working in the real estate business in Southern California in 1969, has been involved in northern Nevada commercial real estate since 1984.
He most recently was a principal in NAI Alliance. He also worked in commercial brokerage for Colliers International and Coldwell Banker Commercial.
