Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 12:47 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of West King Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.

• A 30-year-old transient roofer was arrested at 11:27 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of bail conditions. Bail was set at $3,000.

• Samuel Hugh McClure, 24, a Nevada National Guardsman, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of felony domestic battery with choking. He allegedly choked his sister during a dispute over her dog chewing through his computer mouse cord. McClure is supposed to deploy to Iraq or Afghanistan in the coming weeks, the report states. Bail was set at $5,000.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Accident on Pete Hendrichs Road in Mason Valley at 4:40 a.m.

• Accident on River Ranch Road in Fernley at 7:02 p.m.

• Fatal accident on Highway 50 East in Mark Twain at 9:01 a.m.

• Accident at 12:54 p.m. on Riverboat Road in Mark Twain.
