Rib Cook-off corporate lunch

John Ascuaga's Nugget will launch a corporate lunch as part of this year's Best in the West Rib Cook-off.

Participants will have their choice of one dinner from any of the 24 participating rib cookers.

Beth Cooney, director of marketing for John Ascuaga's Nugget, said the event on Sept. 2 is designed as a way for companies to bring employees or clients to a luncheon event that showcases the Rib Cook-off.
