Albert "Ray" Lawrence Jr., 73, of Carson City died Feb. 28, 2011. He was born Dec. 2, 1937, in Pomona, Calif., to Albert R. and Helen Lawrence. He served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife Vickie; son Christopher R. Lawrence (Karen); daughter Jennifer E. Lawrence (Scott Strobel); brother William A. Lawrence (Judith); and four grandchildren. No services are scheduled. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
