Stephen V. Goss has been named vice president of corporate development for Reno-based Lithium Corp.
Goss, a director of the company since February 2010, has worked with several startup minerals companies as well as The Bunker Hill Co., U.S. Borax and Chemical Corp., and Kennecott Exploration Co.
