JD Handyman, a general handyman business owned by Jose Z Diaz-Martinez in Sparks, became the first business in the Truckee Meadows to acquire a new multi-jurisdictional business license.
The program developed by Sparks, Reno and Washoe County allows businesses to make a single stop to acquire business licensing to work in all three jurisdictions.
