The Nevada State Contractors Board has issued citations for contracting without a license to three men in the Reno-Sparks area: Peyton Blaxton, who does business as Peyton's Home Weatherization & Repairs, Michael W. Miller, who does business as Michael Miller Handyman Service and Gerald P. Smith, who does business as Jerry the Painter.
