Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail Wednesday or early Thursday. All are innocent unless proved guilty in court.

• Terry Alan Nicholson, 53, of Carson City, was arrested at about 12:15 p.m. Thursday on felony probation violation and a misdemeanor warrant charging him with failing to appear on a traffic charges.

He was arrested during a warrant check at Classy Seconds, 403 Hot Springs Road, where he was doing community service. He has no bail.

• A 43-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at about 2:15 a.m. and charged with first-offense driving under the influence, driving without a valid driver's license and failure to maintain a lane, all misdemeanors.

A deputy responded to a report of an injury accident at about 10:30 p.m. near South Curry and Rhodes streets and found the woman screaming and rolling on the ground, according to the arrest report. She reportedly admitted to drinking alcohol before the crash and was taken to the hospital for her undisclosed injuries.

Her bail was $1,150.
