John Listinsky

John Listinsky has been appointed human resources and labor relations director for Washoe County.

Listinsky most recently worked as director of human resources for the Global Human Resources Operation of Thermo Fisher Scientific in Wisconsin.

He also worked 21 years as a labor relations and HR executive with the Anheuser-Busch companies and six years with the Service Employees International Union in the northern California region.

Listinsky has a master's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from the University of Wisconsin.
