Nominations are open for the annual "Healthiest Places to Work" award sponsored by The Chamber.
The award recognizes employers that have implemented health-inspired programs to improve employees' lives, boost their productivity and reduce medical costs.
Last year's winners included Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, The Glenn Group and International Game Technology.
The deadline for nominations is June 15. Awards for small, medium and large businesses will announced during The Chamber's Healthcare Forum Oct. 3.
To submit a nomination, go to: www.surveymonkey.com/s/Healthiest_Place_to_Work.
From the initial nominations, organizers of the Healthcare Forum will identify businesses whose employees will be surveyed directly.
