Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Chicken noodle soup with vegetables, crackers, fruit cups, and cookies.

TUESDAY: Ham with pineapple, scalloped potatoes, Brussels sprouts, oranges, rolls with margarine, and chocolate pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for New Year’s Day.

THURSDAY: Beef taco salad, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, and pineapple.

FRIDAY: Roasted turkey, stuffing, mixed vegetables, cranberries, cake, and ice cream.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Tomato soup, mixed-vegetable pasta salad, rye crisp bread crackers, fresh bananas, blueberry yogurt and orange juice.

TUESDAY: Baked chicken tenders, French baked potatoes, beets in orange sauce, whole-wheat bread with apple butter, carrot raisin salad and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for New Year’s Day.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Barbecue ribs, green salad, corn on the cob, baked beans, and pear, cranberry and apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Chicken Parmesan over angel hair pasta, Caesar salad, whole green beans, garlic bread, apple cider and peach pie with ice cream.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for New Year’s Day.

THURSDAY: Kraut dogs, macaroni salad, fresh fruit and sherbet.
