Find the real truth in the King James Bible

This concerns Mr. John MacArthur and Mr. Jimmy DeYoung and their false teaching concerning taking the mark of the beast. Revelation 13:16-17 and 14:19-11 warn against the taking of the soul-damning mark, number, or name of the beast. These men are being deceived because they have forsaken God’s word (King James 1611 version of the Bible) for the corrupted paraphrases of this generation.

Revelation 14:9-10: “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive is mark in their forehead, or in their hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb,” and Verse 11 says this torment will last for ever and ever.

Wake up, people! Get a real Bible, the King James Bible, and read it. Rev 13:16-17 says that the time is coming when no one will be able to buy or sell without this damning mark, but you don’t have to face that time alone. If it should happen before the rapture, turn to the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved, and trust in Him alone to save you. Trust His word, the King James Bible, and read it daily. God will speak to you through it if you read it.

New terrorist threat needs to be squashed

We are facing a new terrorist threat. Not from a foreign entity, but from a radical extremist sect of the Republican Party. Anti-American factions around the world must be rejoicing to see the government shutdown.

Holding the Affordable Care Act hostage is a terrorist tactic. Republican demands attempting to reduce or eliminate the Affordable Care Act are absurd and anti-American. This act was duly enacted through the rarely seen process (these days) of compromise between the executive and legislative branches. The judicial branch has already been involved, and the act stands.

Disrupting our economy is a terrorist tactic. Shutting down the government has such a broad-reaching effect that it boggles the mind to think that anyone would think it a proper method of mediation. Endangering our military is a terrorist tactic. Reducing staff that supports our military is indefensible. Endangering our civilian population is a terrorist tactic. The CDC, FEMA, NIH, etc. exist to protect us, and interrupting their work makes us vulnerable. Causing havoc and dissention is a terrorist tactic. Congress needs to get back to business. The radical, extremist tactics of the Republican Party are no more pro-American than any other extremist sect around the world that wants to cause harm to our society.

End this terrorist threat now. Both parties must realize that they cannot let the radical, extreme factions of either side control the process that is our democracy. They are an important voice, but must not drown out the majority. That is a terrorist tactic.

Reid’s actions show a conflict of interest

Sen. Harry Reid recently rejected funding cancer treatment for sick children in order to prevent defunding Obamacare, a program that wasn’t what we were promised or even what Congress originally enacted. Queue the Reid reputation rehab crew.

Radiation Therapy Alliance, which sponsored the ad in the Friday Appeal thanking Sen. Reid for “leading the fight for our nation’s cancer patients,” is an advocacy group for for-profit cancer treatment centers headquartered in Washington, D.C. Jake Perry, former Reid staffer, runs Radiation Therapy Alliance’s lobbying firm. Any questions?
