Carson City road report: Carson Street is not closed Sunday; will be closed March 1

The following information applies to the period of Feb. 23-March 1.

Carson Street will not be closed on Sunday, Feb. 22, as initially planned. On Sunday, March 1, Carson Street will tentatively be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. from Musser to Fifth streets, and the intersection at Carson and Fifth streets will be closed from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., weather pending. Detours will be signed.

The sidewalk will be closed along the east side of Minnesota Street between Musser Street and Proctor Street for the entire week.
