Cheers & Kudos: Pets of the Homeless thanks volunteers at pet clinic

Pets of the Homeless would like to thank the staff from Timberline Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Pulver; Sierra Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Alies; and the Nevada Humane Society Carson City-Animal Services for their time and efforts to examine, vaccinate and microchip over 40 pets.

The Pets of the Homeless Wellness Clinic was held on May 9 at FISH. Thanks also goes to Jim Peckham of FISH for providing the location.

A special thank you to the 10 volunteers of Pets of the Homeless who helped bag pet food, register the clients and their pets and keep pets calm.

Vaccinating pets help keep our community disease free. Donations from the public made this clinic possible. Petsofthehomeless.org is the only national animal organization focused exclusively on feeding and providing emergency veterinary care to pets of the homeless. All pets should have a full tummy and a healthy body.
