Artisan Bakeworks & Cafe, 701 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Carson Donut, 3170 S. Carson St., Suite 10, 100 points.
LA Bakery, 220 W. John St., 100 points.
Antojitos el Mundo Latino, 910 E. William St., 97 points. Liquid hand soap and disposable paper towels were missing from the employee hand wash sink.
Yang’s Kitchen, 111 E. Telegraph St., 94 points. Some food items in the walk-in refrigerator were not properly labeled and dated, and some were not covered with plastic wrap. A meat cleaver was being improperly stored. Walls and equipment needed to be cleaned.
