Carson City School District to hold meeting on staff morale

The Carson City School Board is hosting a workshop Thursday to discuss the Joint Advisory Committee and district staff morale.

The workshop will be held in the Carson Middle School library Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Associate Superintendent Susan Keema and Superintendent Richard Stokes are expected to give an informational update on current federal, state and district initiatives in preparations for discussions on the Joint Advisory Committee Survey completed by the district teachers. The board will also be discussing potential strategies for improving staff morale.

The meeting is expected to last around 90 minutes and is open to the public.
