The Community Associations Institute Nevada Chapter honored northern Nevada volunteers, association managers and management companies for high standards in the homeowner association industry. Individuals honored were:
Melissa Ramsey as 2014 AMS Manager of the Year.
Lauren Stemmler was named CMCA Manager of the Year.
Beckie Richter was named Community Manager of the Year.
Tony Fakonas was named Northern Nevada Board Member of the Year.
Judy Pinto as Northern Nevada On-site Manager of the Year.
Piper Pendergrass Northern Nevada Portfolio Manager of the Year.
Christina Cravens was named Provisional Community Manager of the Year.
Management companies honored were:
Wingfield Springs Community Association was named Northern Nevada Master Association of the Year.
Tanamera Condominiums was named Northern Nevada Medium Association of the Year.
