Chris Fream has been named as business development officer with the newly opened Reno office of VEDC, a nonprofit that offers micro-lending and small business lending.
Fream previously worked with United Federal Credit Union, Wells Fargo and Sterling Savings Bank.
He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
