Dr. Andrew Pasternak and Julie Young, director of Silver Sage Sports Lab, spoke on Bike Fitting at the Second Annual Sports Medicine Update on April 11 at Truckee Meadows Community College.
The presentation covered the importance of properly tailoring the frame and componentry of an athlete’s bike to their unique biomechanics.
