ERGS Properties took home four awards at the Nevada State Apartment Association 3rd Annual Reno Jewel Awards held on Saturday, April 9 at the Peppermill Resort & Casino.
Showcasing the Best of Nevada’s Multifamily Housing Community, the Jewel Awards are the most honored awards given in recognition of superior contributions and exemplary achievements in the multifamily housing industry.
ERGS team members recognitions include:
Lacey Mattison was honored with the Support Staff of the Year award.
Monique “Moe” Medeiros received the Maintenance Technician of the Year award.
Carrie Williamson earned top managerial recognition as Regional Manager of the Year.
The Sierra Sage Apartments, managed by ERGS, took home the Apartment Community of the Year (150 or more units).
