ERGS Properties took home four awards April 9 at the Nevada State Apartment Association 3rd Annual Reno Jewel Awards. Showcasing the Best of Nevada’s Multifamily Housing Community, the Jewel Awards are the most honored awards given in recognition of superior contributions and exemplary achievements in the multifamily housing industry.
ERGS’ team members’ recognitions include Lacey Mattison being honored as Support Staff of the Year, Monique “Moe” Medeiros receiving the award for Maintenance Technician of the Year, and Carrie Williamson receiving top managerial recognition as Regional Manager of the Year. The Sierra Sage Apartments took home the Apartment Community of the Year (150+ units) title.
