Jim Pfrommer, Arianna Bennett, Richard Swanberg

CPA Jim Pfrommer, television reporter Arianna Bennett and school principal Richard Swanberg have been recognized by the Nevada Association of School Boards.

Pfrommer, a co-founder of the certified public accounting firm of Pfrommer & McCune Ltd. In Reno, received the association’s Individual Friend of K-12 Public Education Award. He has served as president of the Education Alliance of Washoe County and spearheaded the Partners in Education program.

Bennett, a reporter for KTVN-TV Channel 2, received the group’s Media Award for Outstanding Education Reporting.

Swanberg, previously principal of Kate Swift Elementary School, was recognized as Nevada Elementary School Principal of the Year.
