Kevin McArthur, has been named chief executive officer of Tahoe Resources Inc., a operator of precious metals mines.
McArthur replaces Alex Black, who assumed the CEO role following the acquisition of Rio Alto Mining Limited in February. Black is resigning for personal reasons.
McArthur also serves as an executive chair for Tahoe Resources.
