Les Arlin will join Circus Circus Reno as assistant manager of food and beverage, and will be based in the property’s Americana Café.
Arlin previously worked in food and beverage management positions at Grand Sierra Resort,the Siena, Flamingo Hilton and John Ascuaga’s Nugget.
