The NAI Alliance Industrial Properties Group of Michael Nevis, Dave Simonsen, J. Michael Hoeck and Steve Kucera has entered an agreement with Washington Capital Management, Inc. to lease properties in Reno and Stead.
The group will list a 334,50-square-foot industrial warehouse at 14525 Industrial Way and the 140,500-square-foot The Stead Distribution Center that is currently occupied by Hubert. There is 194,000 square feet is also available for lease.
